General Terms
⬡ I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiries that I find uncomfortable or unable to draw
⬡ Payment is required before starting commission
⬡ Prices are subject to change depending on the difficulty and amount of details of the drawing
⬡ If there is a specific due date, please inform me in advance when making an inquiry. (Rush fee will be required)

Refund Policy
⬡ Once the commission has been started, I will not offer refunds
⬡ The only exception a refund can be placed is if I am unable to complete your commission. (I.E: family emergency and health reasons)
Workflow / Delivery
⬡ I will notify you when I have started on your commission.
⬡ While I'm working on your commission I will make a total of three revisions with you (limit of two revisions for sketch and one revision for base color)
⬡ The estimated delivery time for your commission may vary between 3 weeks to 3 months depending on your position in queue
⬡ If you need your commission done at a specific date, please communicate upon creating an inquiry
⬡ Status of your commission progress will be displayed and updated on my Trello
Copyright / Usage Policy
⬡ I, T00NBEE (the artist), hold the rights to the finished artwork. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it everywhere, use as commission examples and display it on my social medias.⬡ If you (the commissioner) do not want me to use your commission piece for promotional and advertisement reasons, there will be a fee charged. ($20+)⬡ You are allowed to use the finished piece for personal use (I.E: post on your social media, print the work for your personal use, and promote yourself). Please discuss with me if you would like to use the work commercially.⬡ By commissioning me you are agreeing that you will not use my works for NFTS / Crypto Currency and in AI art programs
